Local Tikkun Leil Shavuot

On Shavuot, when our calendar marks the giving of the Torah, there is a custom to stay up late or even all night as if we were there at Mount Sinai. Join clergy and teachers across the Twin Cities for a night of prayer, study, conversation, and community as we participate in ongoing revelation from generation to generation.

The Rabbinical Assembly is excited to present the Conservative/Masorti Tikkun Leil Shavuot from May 16th – May 17th.
Access to the experience is FREE for all, regardless of synagogue affiliation or organizational participation.

Hosted by Beth El Synagogue of Omaha Nebraska, this Shavuot Zoom concert features our very own Hazzan Joanna Dulkin. Hazzan Dulkin’s magnificent, sweet, melodic voice has delighted audiences around the globe. Her versatile repertoire includes community singing, Broadway, pop and folk as well as Israeli music and traditional Hazzanut. Dulkin has a warm, engaging personality towards which people of all ages gravitate. Register to attend via Zoom.

PJ Library: Seeing One Another at Sinai – a Shavuot Celebration
Join PJ Library for a Twin Cities-wide celebration of Shavuot! Visit one of our ice cream stops in the afternoon to get a nut-free and certified kosher treat, participate in a few socially distanced activities, and get a craft bag to take home. Then join the full community of PJ Library families before sundown on Zoom for a fun, educational, and engaging experience appropriate for kids and adults of all ages. Advanced registration is required and spaces are limited to maintain safety protocols. Register your family as soon as possible to reserve your spot. You will be sent more specific details closer to the event.
