Why Give to L'Chaim?

"
This community held me through grief and lifted me in joy - I give back to say thank you.

"

125 youth engaged in

Jewish education in

2024 and 2025.

•••
"Adath is where I learn, sing, dance, and nosh — how could I not give back to the place that brings so much life to my year?"
Picture
"We want to join Adath because we've already built wonderful, meaningful relationships through the Gan, and we want to continue those connections and this community even after our children transition to public school."

•••

A reminder that the relationships formed through the Gan, at HaLev programs, and B'Yachad often become the foundation for a lifelong connection to Jewish life and community.
"Adath is where my kids grew up, where we celebrated milestones, and where we always feel at home — I give to help keep that feeling alive for others."

30+ B'nai Mitzvot were
supported in 2024 and 2025.

Share Why You Give

Your investment helps make these moments possible:

  • Our Pre-K students unrolled a Torah in the Sanctuary after completing their first Torah study with Hazzan Dulkin! Their excitement and curiosity reminded all of us that Jewish identity is nurtured from the beginning, one meaningful experience at a time.

  • Volunteers created handmade cards for newly married couples. Each card accompanies a complimentary year of membership, offering a heartfelt welcome as couples begin their next chapter within our community.

  • A congregant who came to Morning Minyan after losing her husband met three women who were also saying Kaddish. What began as shared grief became a lasting circle of friendship and support.

  • Following the passing of beloved teacher Lon Rosenfield z"l, his students chose to continue meeting each week to study the lessons he left behind; a wonderful testament to the relationships he nurtured and the legacy he created.

Whether this is your first L’Chaim gift or one of many, thank you. You sustain us.

This year, we invite you to give from the heart — and, if you’re able, to increase your gift by 18% (chai) as a powerful act of renewal, purpose, and hope for the year ahead.

How Will You Be Invested In Our Community?
THIS HIGH HOLY DAY SEASON, we center ourselves around Belonging. How do we build belonging within our Adath community? What does it mean to be yourself, to show up authentically, and feel that you belong?

This theme grows naturally from Many Doors to Jewish Life. Once we enter through the many doors, what do we find? We hope that each one of us feels seen, heard, cared for, and celebrated; to know that we matter, that we are needed, and that we belong!

As we welcome a new Jewish year, we invite you to be connected, be rooted, be a mensch, be immersed, and be invested in Adath. Dive into what is fun, what is meaningful, and most importantly, what makes you feel like you are home.

A Culture of Generosity

Giving at Adath is centered in passion, gratitude, transparency, and impact. We believe that everyone can be part of sustaining Jewish life, no matter your background or life stage. We invite all who can give of their time and treasures to do so passionately.

At Adath, we believe that giving generously isn’t about the size of your gift — it’s about investing in the things that bring you passion and joy and then sharing your passion and joy with others.
