Event Planning

Whether it’s a family celebration, a Bris, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Baby Naming, or Wedding, we are looking forward to assisting you in making all of the necessary arrangements in planning your event at Adath. The first step to begin the process of planning is to contact the rabbi's assistant, Gisell Wien, at 952.215.3912. After rabbinic approval, please make sure you contact our Office Manager, Chris Yarger at 952.215.3901, who will put your event on the official Adath schedule.

Food Service Information

The Adath Food Services Department is managed by our Food Services Director, Beth Mayerich. She excels in the areas of event planning, food preparation (both in terms of taste and visual presentation), customer service, staff supervision, inventory, and expense control. Beth and her staff cater many successful events including the majority of the B’nai Mitzvah Kiddush lunches, Friday night Shabbat dinners, meetings for the Adath Women’s League, workshops for the West Metro Education Program, and various functions for the Minneapolis Federation, JCRC, and other community organizations.

We are also fortunate to have Heather Tipper as our Kitchen Supervisor/Cook. Heather provides the highest level of services to our congregants and other customers.
